Marylon Louise Robert

MARYLON LOUISE ROBERT February 4, 1949 - August 11, 2023 Marylon Robert, 74, was born in Stockton, CA. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She spent her life caring for others and serving her community. Her service to her Church touched many lives. She is survived by her husband Ron of 45 years, sons Kristoff and Kevin, grandchildren Kohen, Kyle and Brianna and sisters Linda and Sandra. She will be missed. Marylon loved sports. She never missed a NASCAR race or watching her beloved Broncos play. She also loved watching the Rockies with her son. Marylon also loved cooking and baking. Upon any special occasion, cookies would pour out of the kitchen by the dozens -- she was even known as the “Cookie Monster”. Marylon was very active at Village Seven Presbyterian Church. She helped with food preparation and procuring entertainment for the widow’s ministry, Naomi Fellowship. She loved to decorate for the women’s Bible Studies she attended. Being an avid fan of weddings, she served as the church’s Wedding Coordinator for many years. She assisted the church staff with decorating the sanctuaries with seasonal flowers for services and special events. For many years, Marylon also sang in the choir, managed Deck the Halls, and worked at Vacation Bible School. Marylon loved being with her friends. She was a member of Red Hat having monthly get togethers with the ladies that she always looked forward to. She attended a weekly craft group where ladies got together to catch up and work on projects. A Celebration of Life Ceremony and Service will be held September 8th 2023 at 2 pm. This service will be held at Village Seven Presbyterian Church, 4040 S. Nonchalant Circle, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80917.
