April 13th, 1934 - July 12th, 2020
Jack Faust, 86, formerly of N. Merrick, N.Y. passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, July 12, 2020. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Marie (Farnan), their son Joseph, daughter Tricia Morzillo and grandchildren Nicholas, Alex and Jenna Morzillo. Also survived by sister in laws, Marjorie Cirello and Susie Farnan and brother in law Bob McKenna. He was predeceased by his sister, Lorraine Harrington and parents John and Josephine Faust. Jack was an United States Army Veteran and a carpenter for 38 years. He was a founding member of the Knights of Columbus Jeremiah J. Reilly Council # 6561, N. Merrick, N.Y. Jack and Marie retired to Florida in 2003. They are members of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Viera, FL. A funeral Mass will be held there on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at 11am; visiting begins at the church at 10am. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to St John Evangelist Grotto Fund, 5655 Stadium Pkwy, Viera, FL. 32940. Burial will be at Calverton National Cemetery, Long Island, N.Y. at a later date.
