Alan Robbe Saydah
May 21st, 1937 - April 18th, 2021
Alan R. Saydah, 83, formerly of Worcester, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 18, 2021. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Carolyn (Galullo) Saydah of Cocoa Beach, Fl. and his children: Jayne of Collegeville, Pa. and Neil and his wife Megan of Oviedo, Fl. and their three children: Jacob, Kaitlyn and Abigail. He was born on May 21, 1937 in Brooklyn, NY. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1959 and a Master of Engineering from Pennsylvania State University in 1971. Alan retired after 40 years of service, as an aerospace engineer, with Lockheed Martin where he worked on numerous deep space missions including NASA’s Galileo and Cassini spacecraft. Alan was a U.S. Army veteran and was active in public and political affairs. He was a Republican Party Committeeman and Township Supervisor for East Norriton in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania where he served alternatively as Chairman and Vice Chairman. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at Church Of Our Saviour in Cocoa Beach, FL.
