Denise, 61 of Rockledge passed away Saturday 8/21/21 at Heath First Viera hospital. She was born in Port Jefferson, Long Island, NY & moved to Brevard County in 1975. She was an amazing daughter, mother, sister, MeMaw, Aunt & friend. She owned Denise Harrah's Auction & Furniture in Palm Shores since 1999 where she made many, many friends. She was a loving, caring & giving person and had a heart of gold that would help anyone in need. She was preceded in death by her parents Dominick & Mary Matalone. She was survived by her Daughter Tiffany Sciarrino of Rockledge, FL; her 3 grandchildren Vito & Tank Sciarrino and Frances Stewart (Bryan); her 2 sisters Brenda Lee Tatum of Huntsville, TX; Laurie Rollando (Thomas) of Vero Beach, FL; Her brother Dominick Matalone (Kathy) of Melbourne, FL. She was preceded in death by her sister Diane Shimei (Paul) of Port St John, FL. She was also survived by 10 Nieces & Nephews and 10 great Nieces & Nephews. There will not be a viewing or funeral but the family will be having a Celebration of Life sometime in the future. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to her favorite charity, the ASPCA in honor of her and her 2 dogs Angel & Katie.
