Patricia (Patti) Hope Caputo

Patricia (Patti) Hope Caputo passed away on May 20, 2022 at home in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Patti has joined her beloved husband Bruno Caputo in heaven. She is missed and remembered by a proud legacy of her children: Bill and Angela Caputo, Lorraine and Gene Jordin, Maureen and John Start, her 12 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Patti was born July 6th,1934 in Brooklyn New York. She was raised by her parents, William and Joan McNulty. Patti married the love of her life Bruno and over the years they lived first in Alaska, then Mississippi, New York and finally retired in Florida. Patti was an adored wife and beloved mother. She was a journalist and photographer for the Florida Today Paper, and also held the position of Quality Control Engineer for Harris PRD. She was a part of the Grumman Wives Club, supporting her husband during the Apollo program. Patti had a big heart opening her home to family and friends accepting everyone with open arms. She loved being a hostess to a variety of parties and events especially the Friday night high school football parties. Patti and Bruno lived life to the fullest. They travelled the country in their motor home and visited many different countries around the world. Patti was a cherished grandmother, a best friend, a church volunteer, Eucharistic Minister, master cook and a force to be reckoned with. She was the strength of her family. Patti will be missed greatly as the world has lost a treasure. As Patti would say, "family is life's greatest blessing." A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Beckman Williamson Funeral Home in Cocoa Beach. The Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at 1:30pm at Church of Our Savior in Cocoa Beach with an interment following at Florida Memorial Gardens.
