Kevin Michael Oyer

In loving memory of Kevin Michael Oyer, who passed away on February 23, 2023 at Holmes Regional Hospital, Melbourne, Florida. Kevin was 64 years old, born in Manchester, New Hampshire on November 19, 1958. He graduated from high school at Satellite Beach, Florida. He served in the U.S. Navy submarine service as a Petty Officer from 1980 to 1992 with the USS Snook SSN 592, USS Ohio SSBN, and the USS Grayling SSN 646. Subsequent heart and kidney problems led to his death. He is predeceased by his mother, Janice Allard (Oyer). Surviving family members include Father Kenneth R. Oyer, Stepmother Judy Oyer, Brothers David R. Oyer, John K. Oyer, Children Kenneth A. Oyer (Mary), Katrina A. Oyer (Yolanda Gong), Granddaughter Nicole Oyer, Stepbrothers Samuel E. Coffey, Daniel D. Coffey, Aunts Bonna Oyer, Pamela Waters (Dan), plus several other relatives and friends.
