Robert "Bob" Mueller, Jr.

Robert “Bob” Mueller passed away on April 27, 2023, at the age of 74. He was known and loved for his kindness and generosity of spirit. Bob was born in Miami, FL, and attended the St. James Elementary School and Archbishop Curley High School before moving to Key West. He graduated from Key West High School and moved back to Miami where he was employed by Southern Bell Tel & Tell. It was here that he met and married Johnnie Arden. They moved to Rockledge, FL, in 1970. Bob continued to work for Southern Bell while graduating from police training and becoming a volunteer reserve officer for the city of Rockledge. He was involved with Rockledge Little League, soccer, Rockledge High band parents and other organizations as his two boys grew. After retiring from AT&T, bob taught himself woodworking and made toys for various children’s groups. He did extensive work on a family tree, organizing family reunions and volunteered for Computers Advancing Education where he refurbished computers and taught classes. Bob was predeceased by his son, Christopher. He leaves his wife of 55 years, Johnnie; son, Richard “Rick”; grandsons, Chris, Ricky and Brock; and great grandchildren, Bryce, Avarie and Devin. The Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, May 18, 2023 at St Mary's Catholic Church - Rockledge - at 11:00AM. Visitation will be held one hour prior at 10:00AM In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Computers Advancing Education PO Box 561373 Rockledge, FL 32955.
