September 5th, 1930 - December 4th, 2020
Suzanne Zook 1930-2020 Suzanne Zook on December 4, 2020 passed away at Forrest Hills of DC, from complications from a stroke. She was a fourth generation Washingtonian and grew up in DC. After graduating from Montgomery Blair high school, she attended Shepherd college and met her future husband, George Campbell, a WWll veteran. Together they had 4 children. After raising her family, Suzanne started a career with the State Department and served 20 years in Mexico, Bolivia, Peru and New York City. Upon retiring, she moved back to DC and for the last 30 years, resided at the Westchester Apartments. Suzanne is preceded by her parents D.W. Zook and Suzanne Zook, her brother D.W. Zook, her daughter Debra Seifert, and her grandson Randall Harrison. She is survived by her children George Campbell(Christina), Kim Harrison(Raymond), Bruce Campbell, and son-in-law, Bill Seifert. She also leaves 5 grandchildren Jesse, Willy, Julia, Tori, and Brad, 4 great grandchildren Cooper, Campbell, Cali and Harrison. Suzanne’s great smile and friendly outlook will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
