Soniqua "Snoop" Roberson
October 3rd, 1990 - May 17th, 2023
Soniqua Monay Roberson (Snoop) was born on October 3, 1990 in Brooklyn, New York to Sonia Spencer-Roberson and the late Keith Robinson, later adopted by William Roberson Jr. On Tuesday, May 17, 2023, after fighting a long battle of NMO, Soniqua was called home and departed this life at Hospice. Soniqua graduated from Dudley High School, and continued her education at Guilford College in Greensboro, NC. She also worked at Proctor and Gamble for the last 10 years. Soniqua enjoyed dancing, spending time with her kids and brothers, playing the guitar, and she had a love for country music. She was known as the life of the party. In addition to her father, Keith Robinson, she is preceded in death by her god-brother, Jamal. Soniqua leaves to cherish her two children, Paris (daughter) and Izzhon (son); her parents, Sonia and William Roberson Jr.; three brothers, Lance Dekie (Amber), Kadeem, and Jerelle; two sisters, Amanda and Diamond; grandmother, Alice Spencer; grandfather, William Roberson Sr.; godmother, Lisa Adams and Regina Porter; god-brother, Aaron of McDonough, GA; god-sister, Dwy-Neisha of McDonough, GA; three uncles, Eric Spencer, Anthony Spencer (Robin), and Rubin Roberson; special aunt, Sharon Anderson; bestie/cousin, Natalie; special cousin, Tony; plus a host of cousins, great-aunts, and great-uncles. Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at the Pierce-Jefferson Lambeth Chapel at 300 West Wendover Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27408. A time for visitation and viewing will be held at 1:00PM prior to the service. Friends and family may sign the guestbook online at www.piercejeffersonfh.com
