July 22nd, 1928 - December 19th, 2013
Mrs. Mozelle E. Belch, 85, formerly of Greensboro, died Thursday, December 19, 2013, in Fayetteville, NC. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Chapel, with the Reverend Don Clement officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 pm Saturday, prior to the service. Mrs. Belch was born July 22, 1928, in Rockingham County to John P. and Bertha Tickle Thornton. She graduated from Saint Leo's Nursing School September 1, 1950 and was married to the late Earl Belch. She was a former member of Reedy Fork Baptist Church. Mrs. Belch is survived by her daughter, Susan Davis and husband Marvin; granddaughter, Jennifer Phelps and husband Rusty; step-grandchildren, Danielle D. Edwards and husband Kent, Matthew Davis and wife Lela; 6 great-grandchildren.
