David A. Armstrong
September 20th, 1988 - June 29th, 2018
David Andrew Armstrong, 29, of Deptford, NJ, passed away on Friday, June 29, 2018. Legacy A strong willed, loving guy, David had a heart of gold. He was one of those guys who knew how to push the envelope to the very edge, smile and back off the edge. David was funny and charming and is described by his Dad as a big teddy bear...in a grizzly suit. He loved to please others. David worked for his family's business, Royal Oil, and always wanted to learn more about it. He enjoyed playing with world wide friends on Play Station, spending time at Holiday Haven Campground and being with his family. David's Mom will miss his daily phone call to her that started with "Hello Beautiful." Family Beloved son of David F. and Mary Armstrong; Dear brother of Jason and Michael Gleeson, David DeMaurez and Edward Ferrell; dear grandson of Marie Munn and the late James Donald Armstrong. David is also survived by his uncles, Wayne Sulzman Tommy Sulzman and James Armstrong. McGuinness Funeral Homes - Woodbury
We have served the Woodbury community since 1951, when our founder, James A. McGuinness, opened our first funeral home. He knew the importance of families having a trustworthy, local funeral home to help them memorialize their lost loved ones and navigate grief. Our beautiful funeral home in Woodbury was originally built in the late 1700s, and has since been rebuilt to honor its original charm and comfortable, warm feel. Once you walk through our doors, you become family....
