Trudy Belinda Shuler Wilson

Trudy Shuler Wilson, 69, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on November 17, 2018. Trudy was the daughter of the late Henry Julian Shuler and Helen Kyzer Shuler of West Columbia. She was the loving wife of Allan G. Wilson for 49 years. Trudy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to many. She was an active member of Transfiguration Lutheran Church. Trudy graduated from Brookland Cayce High School and the Columbia Hospital School of X-ray. She retired from the Dorn Veterans Hospital as a Nuclear Med Tech. Trudy is survived by her mother, Helen Shuler; her husband, Allan G. Wilson; and daughters, Nikki Bockus and Jennifer Wilson; grandchildren, Tony Bockus, Bradyn Pittman, Aly Pittman and Rion Pittman; great grandchildren, Maddy and Mia. She is also survived by her sister, Cindy Hamilton (Jimmie). Trudy was preceded in death by her father, Henry J. Shuler. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at Transfiguration Lutheran Church, 1301 12th St, Cayce, SC 29033 with the service immediately following at 2:00p.m. Thompson Funeral Home, Lexington is assisting the family with arrangements.
