Paul J. Gasparovic, Jr.
November 24th, 1946 - January 8th, 2019
Paul J Gasparovic, Jr., 72, of Villa Rica, GA died peacefully in his sleep Jan. 8, 2019. He was born on Nov. 24, 1946 in Portsmouth, VA. His family moved to NJ when Paul was in Jr HS. He was a 1965 graduate of West Deptford H. S. in N.J. and proudly served in the USAF during Viet Nam. He worked for Columbia Records/Sony Music for 36 years and retired in 2006 in Fresno, CA as their West Coast Senior Director of Distribution. Paul’s been a resident of Villa Rica since 2012. He enjoyed playing golf, fast cars, MD blue claw crabs, spending time with family and friends, watching college/NFL football, his 2002 camaro and his 2 fur babies, Coco & Chanel. He had a wonderful sense of humor and quick wit and could always make you laugh. Paul is survived by his wife Janis Michel Opanel Gasparovic, his son, Paul J Gasparovic III, & his wife Tina of Kentucky, his son Matthew & his wife, Michelle & his step-son, Vincent Opanel; his brother, Tim Gasparovic & wife, Debbie; brother, Vincent Gasparovic & wife, Jeanne & sister, Doris Flynn & her husband Patrick & many nieces and nephews all of NJ. He is preceded in death by his parents Paul J Gasparovic, Sr and Bobbie Gibson Gasparovic both of West Deptford, NJ. Visitation with the family will be held on January 19, from 10 – 11 am in the McGUINNESS FUNERAL HOME where his Funeral Ceremony will follow at 11 am. Interment Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro,, NJ.
