Legacy Gregg (Lumpy) lost his battle with Covid and was taken home on January 3, 2021. He is survived by his Mother Mary (Palace) Garrison, brother Glenn (Renee) Garrison, sister Gayle (Bob) Farren, loving Uncle to his nephews Glenn Garrison Jr., Devon Farren, Christopher Garrison and niece Courtney Farren. Gregg graduated from Gateway Regional High School in 1992 and was a standout soccer player through out his High School years. If you knew Gregg, then you knew the love he shared with all. His kind giant heart, gently soul and contagious smile are what people loved most and the reason Gregg will live on in our hearts and memories forever. We all know the horrible accident that happened, when he was 19. It changed his life and all our lives forever. Somehow, he still smiled and fought everyday to let us know he was still there and not ready to go. Gregg is now unburdened and free to run and be whole again, in a better place with his Dad and many family members that predeceased him. Farewell Tribute He will be forever missed. The family will have a Celebration of Life Service in the summer of 2021. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his honor to the Gateway Regional High School Athletic Department. c/o Mike DiCicco 775 Tanyard Rd., Woodbury Heights NJ 08097. share the memories … share love … ShareLife® at www.mcgfuneral.com

Our beautiful funeral home in Woodbury was originally built in the late 1700s, and has since been rebuilt to honor its original charm and comfortable, warm feel. Once you walk through our doors, you become family....
