Christopher John Holmes, 21, of Lexington, passed away on February 20, 2021. He is survived by his parents, Joel and Genie Clonts of Lexington, and Paul and Tricia Richardson of Columbia; sisters: Autumn Holmes, Presli Richardson, Addison Clonts, and Lola Richardson; his family dog, Pippa Clonts; “The Boiz”: Corbin Sigmon, Harrison Sides, Cole Mathis, Darren Sigmon, Kaitlyn Smith, Amber Brugger, Kyle Pelletier, Nick Jeffcoat, Ian Harmon, Hayden Boozer, just to name a few; grandparents, David and Tammy Goodwin of Cayce, and Alice and Clarence Richardson of Lexington; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Christopher was a brave, strong, kind, and courageous young man. He loved to fish, play LOL and chess, and spend time with his Boiz. Christopher was a 2020 graduate of Midlands Technical College and a current student at Columbia College. He was also a registered behavioral therapist. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation, a disease that Christopher battled valiantly for many years.
