Raymond Charles Keys, 93, of Somerdale, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 8, 2021. Legacy Beloved husband of the late Barbara "Bobbie" Keys (nee Seybold). Ray was born in Camden, New Jersey on January 23, 1928 to the late William and Hilda (nee Carman) Keys. He proudly served his country during World War II in the United States Navy. He met the love of his life Bobbie at the Courier-Post, where they both worked until retirement. He spent his post-retirement years keeping in top physical condition, mastering the stock market and an enviable green thumb, and doting on his dear Bobbie. Family Beloved uncle to Eva Helen Hoffman (the late Francis) of Woolwich Township, Donna Carroll (Robert) of Wenonah, Alphonse Orio, Sr. (Renee) of Clarksboro, Peter Paul Orio, Jr. (Maura) of Mickleton, Ronald Keys (Shirl) of Sarasota, Florida and Cyrisse Keys of Cherry Hill. He is survived by his sister-in-law Victoria. Predeceased by his siblings Eva (Leo), Gerald, Hilda (Peter), and nephew Gary. He will be missed by his great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews and friends. Farewell Tribute Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 from 9:00AM to 10:30AM in the McGuinness Funeral Home - Woodbury, 34 Hunter Street, Woodbury, NJ 08096. Words of Remembrances at 10:30AM. Interment with military honors at Bethel Cemetery, Pennsauken, NJ.
