West Columbia... Janice Fallaw Godfrey, 74 passed away Friday September 10th 2021. She was born on April 14th 1947 in Washington DC, to the late Bondell "Curly" and Dorothy Paulsen Fallaw. In addition to her parents, Janice was preceded in death by her brother Clyde Halver Fallaw. Janice was survived by her husband Charles Godfrey; her son, Timmy Godfrey (Wendy); Five grandchildren, Samantha Godfrey, Phillip Brierley, Julia Byrum, Sarah Brierley and Daniel Godfrey; and four great-grandchildren; sister, Beverly Jean Hill; brother, Bondell "Buddy" Fallaw Jr ; two nephews Stefan Christopher "Chris" Crismond, Rodney Fallaw; niece, Stella Fallaw Ellerbee. Janice was a retired secretary from the office of the governor DEO. Janice was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother and loved by all. She will be remembered for her bright and cheerful outlook on life. Her sincere laughter would always brighten up a room. She had an incredible love for all animals. There will be a celebration of her life at a later date. Memorial's may be made to an animal shelter of your choice.
