Michael Bowie

Michael Bowie, 63, of Columbia, SC, passed away suddenly June 7, 2022, and he is now in the arms of Jesus. He was born on November 10, 1958 in Greenwood, SC to the late John “Jim” Thomas Bowie and Marion Bowie. In addition to his mother, Mike is survived by his son, Billy Bowie; his brother, Tommy Bowie (Angie); his sister, Sandy Bowie. Mike was a loyal Clemson fan, and quite the fisherman. Mike was an avid reader, and wise in any subject you wanted to discuss. He played in the most winning little league team at Hampton Park sponsored by Dial Financial and Blackston ESSO. He made all-star every year. He will be missed dearly by his family and friends and Fat Cat. There will be a private Memorial Service held at a later date at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
