A Celebration of Life Service for Michael will be Friday, April 6, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington. Pastor Terris Padgett will officiate. There will be a visitation for friends and family immediately following the service at Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington. Michael was born July 13, 1970 and went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, March 31, 2018. He was the son of the late Clyde and Janet Green. In addition to his parents, Michael was predeceased by his brother, Allen. Michael was raised in West Columbia, SC and had a passion for all sports which he instilled in his daughter, Maia. He was a loving, caring and devoted husband and father who loved his “fur babies”, Charlotte, Lattimore and Pippen. Michael spent many years living in Boise, Idaho where he met his wife, Bethany. His love for SC brought him home a year ago and he experienced the best year of his life in the Palmetto State that he loved. Surviving are his Wife, Bethany Green; and daughters, Annabelle of Boise, Idaho and Maia of West Columbia; and several nieces and nephews that he loved dearly.
