Steven Corey Rogers

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Steven “Corey” Rogers on April 30, 2022. He is survived by his parents; Stefan Rogers (Leslie Blanton), and Louise Pelon (Walter Pelon), his sisters; Amanda Hill (Adam Hill) and Emily Dickerson (Lewis Dickerson), his children; Aiden Rogers, Zoie Rogers, Reese Rogers and their mother Sharon Rogers. Corey is also survived by his loving dog Luffy. Corey was a South Carolina native, born on October 1st, 1985. Corey graduated from Goose Creek High School in 2003. On May 5th, 2007 Corey married Sharon Rogers in South Carolina and together raised their three kids, moving to Tennessee shortly after. Corey recently moved home from Tennessee to reside with his mother and step father. Corey was a loving father and an avid collector with interests in all things nostalgic. Corey also was an artist in his youth, dabbling in sketches and tattoos into adulthood. Corey passed at Trident Hospital surrounded by family and friends who loved him dearly. Join us Tuesday, May 10th, 2022 at Simplicity: Lowcountry Cremation and Burial (281 Treeland Drive, Ladson, SC, 29456) from 12pm to 2pm for a memorial service.
