Gale Shirley Gordon Williams, 83, of Charleston, South Carolina, wife of Thomas John Williams, entered into eternal rest Thursday, April 22, 2021. Gale was born February 6, 1938 in Granite City, Illinois, daughter of the late David Ralph Gordon and the late Lillian Katherine Elizabeth Redmond Gordon. After graduating from Granite City High School, she attended Southern Illinois University and graduated from Central Technical Institute. She worked as a travel agent for over 30 years and retired as agency manager. She traveled extensively. She was predeceased by daughter, Sheryl Kay Williams. She is survived by her beloved husband of 62 years, Thomas; son Gordon Williams (Angeline); and granddaughters Kara Williams and Cayman Williams, all of Charleston.
