Priscilla "Pat" McIntosh

Priscilla "Pat" McIntosh of Summerville entered into eternal rest on Sunday February 6th, 2022. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and nurse. Visitation will be Thursday February 10th, 2022 @ 11am with service starting at 12pm at Carnes Cross Road Church of God, 1341 State Road, Summerville SC. Bishop Benny Williams will be officiating. Priscilla was a dedicated, compassionate, and caring nurse throughout South Carolina and Ohio for 35 years of service. Her knowledge was vast and she worked several notable positions including a rotation at Cleveland Clinic. It is often said in the nursing setting that if you could survive there, then you could work anywhere! It was not for the uncertain nurses and definitely required great skill, knowledge, and grit. She held many supervisory positions and was loved by those who worked along side of her. Her daughter, also a nurse, had the pleasure of working assignments with her and while Momma Bear was always there to teach new skills and share her knowledge; she expected a high standard from Baby Cub! Those memories will forever be cherished! Priscilla was preceded in death by her parents; Phillip and Irene Fuhr, brother Larry Lilly, and grandson Justin Heinz. She is survived by three sons; Darrel (Renee) Smith, Todd (Rhonda) Smith, and Anthony Brown. One daughter, Julie Brown. Her sister Lanata (Robert) Parson. Grandchildren Kristen (Charlie) Andrews, Stacy Feagin, Jessica Smith, Casey Sanders, Daylan (Ashley) Hughes, Whitney Smith, Austin Brown, Chandler Ackermann, Sean Smith, Skylar Ackermann, Katelyn Brown, and Hailey Brown. She had 16 great grandchildren, 3 nieces, and 4 nephews. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
