Ronald Steve Lewis, of Summerville, died December 25, 2022 in Moncks Corner, SC . The family will have a private service. Steve was born October 28, 1965 in Charleston, SC to Jackie Ronald and Evelyn Mae Lewis. He spent the majority of his childhood in Charleston with his parents and 2 sisters. Steve married Kathy Marie Moody on July 2, 1994. He was a skilled carpenter and worked in construction his entire life. Steve had a love for the outdoors, and enjoyed spending time at the hunting club. He also loved Nascar, the Atlanta Braves and the Pittsburg Steelers. He is survived by his sister, Jackie Lewis Terry (Brad) of Moncks Corner;, stepmother Terry Rodgers Lewis of Moncks Corner; grandchildren Rylen Wayne and Raelyn Mae Johnson of Summerville; stepdaughter Angelique Moody (Jack) of Savannah; 14 nieces and nephews and his beloved dog Lucy. Steve is preceded in death by his parents; wife Kathy; sister Ronda Lewis Willis; daughter Heather Mae Johnson; and niece Ronda Hope Willis. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
