Ruth Ann Wiley
Ruth Ann Wiley was called home to heaven on 11/16/2016 around 9 PM. She was 70 years young and the daughter of Wilbur and Lelia Bailey of Meigs Co. Ohio. She is survived by her husband David Wiley, with 48 years of marriage and daughter Angela Wiley. She was preceded in death by her brother Harold Blackson. Ruth Ann passed away peacefully surrounded by family at her home in North Charleston, South Carolina . Ruth Ann experienced several strokes leading up to her passing. Ruth Ann grew up in Meigs Co. Ohio and was a graduate of Pomeroy High School and Columbus Business University. She was a teacher, swim instructor, singer, story teller, artist, Mrs. Santa, leader in her church, avid world traveler and friend to all. She has lived in many locations all over the United States making friends along the way. Services will be held at Cokesbury United Methodist Church. Visitation will be on Saturday 11/26 at 7-9 PM and celebration service on Sunday 11/27 at 2 PM. The family has set up a social media forum for friends and family to share celebrations and stories of time with Ruth Ann contact the family directly to gain access at (843) 412-6170.
