Mr. William C Barnes, 83, of Ladson, passed away Monday, September 11, 2017, at the age of 83. Bill was born to parents, Edwin and Jenny Barnes on February 10, 1934, in Saratoga, New York. Bill married Doris Joubert in 1949, and the couple had five children. Bill is survived by four children, six grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. Linda Miller (Barnes); grandson, Raymond Miller; Son, William C Barnes, Jr.; granddaughter, Angie Barnes; Daughter, Donna Peck; grandsons, Christopher Reome and Charlie Reome; Son, David Barnes; grandson Joseph Barnes, granddaughter, Sara Barnes. He is predeceased by the following: Mother, Jenny Barnes, Father, Edwin Barnes, Sr., Brother, Edwin Barnes, Sister, Sarah Barnes (sis), Daughter, Catherine Barnes. Daddy, May you finally find the peace that you were looking for. Your struggle is now over. You will be greatly missed. Go rest high on that mountain. The cremation will take place on September 15, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. The family is grateful for the condolences, but decline flowers and donations.
