Patricia Ann Moore, 75, of Summerville passed away Friday, June 1, 2018. She was born on February 12, 1943 to the late Rubin and Josie (Jones) Baxley. Patricia is survived by her son, Stephen Moore; two sisters, Shirley B. Murray and Gloria J. Satery; a brother Rubin F. Baxley, Jr. and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Chapel on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Simplicity Lowcountry, North Charleston, 7475 Peppermill Pkwy Suite E, North Charleston.
