Ritha Lilian Kalmar Henrichsen Tuten, 100, of North Charleston, SC, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 31, 2024. Her visitation service is Wednesday, February 21, 2024 from 2-4 pm at Simplicity Lowcountry Cremation and Burial Services, 7475 Peppermill Parkway, North Charleston, SC . Graveside services will be held at a later date in Arlington Cemetery in Washington, DC, where she will be buried next to her late husband, James Maner Tuten, Jr. Ritha was born in Copenhagen, Denmark and married to her husband for 44 years. She was predeceased by her son, Mark Tuten, who was a Navy pilot. Ritha is survived by her sons, James Maner Tuten III (Anna) of North Charleston, SC and Lawrence Tuten of Pawleys Island, SC. She has 3 granddaughters and one grandson, four great granddaughters and 3 great grandsons. Ritha will be missed by all her Family and those who knew her.
