Elizabeth Curry Rice
January 27th, 1930 - May 20th, 2019
Elizabeth: Daughter of: the late Cora Lee McQuaige Curry and Bronson C Curry, Sr. Elizabeth was born January 27, 1930 and she passed into Heaven's Glory May 20, 2019. Besides her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Lewis B. Rice, brother John L. Curry, Sr and sister, Shirley C. Sellers. Elizabeth is survived by daughter, Ann Rice Long (Tony), sons Lewis Stephen Rice and Robert Dewayne Rice (Linda) Elizabeth is also survived by her sisters, Sue C Harpe, Dolores C (Glenn) McLain, Estelle C (Tracy) Montgomery, Irene C. Eslick, Barbara C. Judd and brother, Bronson C Curry, Jr. She is grandmother to 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grands whom she loved dearly. Elizabeth loved the Lord Jesus Christ and to study His Word. She was an avid reader and thought every book she read was the best, re-reading them and marking what was of interest to her. If you couldn't find her in a book, then most likely she would be working in her yard, vegetable garden or the many species of flowers she grew! We will miss her with all of our hearts, but know we will see her again someday! In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to: Samaritan's Well, 129 Gibson Court, Lexington, S.C. 29072 https://christcentralministries.org/samaritans-well/
