GASTON-Joseph Edward Wingard, 60, of Gaston, passed away on Wednesday, August 14, 2013. Surviving are his mother, Betty W. Stafford and step-father, Roger Stafford; one sister; three brothers; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elaine Clark Wingard and father, Albert Wingard. The family has entrusted Woodridge Funeral Home with the arrangements.
