Amy Jo Norton – Gaston – A Celebration of Life gathering for Amy Jo Norton, 47, of Gaston will be held at a later date to be announced. Woodridge Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Amy Jo Norton passed away June 17, 2021. Born in Circleville, Ohio, she was a daughter of Ronald Eugene Mullins, and the late Melinda Jo McKnight Mullins. Amy bravely battled for many years with kidney disease and diabetes. Amy enjoyed traveling to the beach and the mountains. She will be deeply missed by her family and many friends. Amy Jo is survived by her loving husband of more than 20 years, Albert R. Norton; son, Joshua Allen Goley of Indiana; daughters, Courtney Shumpert of Lexington, Christina Norton of Gaston; three grandchildren and her brother, Tim Mullins of Columbia. Amy was predeceased by her mother.
