Patricia Ann Varin

It is with great sadness that we share that our beloved wife and mother, Patricia Ann (LaBombard) Varin of Tucson, Arizona left this earth peacefully on June 9th, 2024 but joyful now that she is with her heavenly Father where she is now perfect and peaceful.  She was surrounded by her loving husband, 5 children and several of her grandchildren hours before her passing. Patricia was born October 26, 1938 in Burlington, Vermont to Carlton and Loretta LaBombard.  She was 2nd born of 4 children.  Preceded in death by her older brother Charles and younger brother Stephen LaBombard.  She was a graduate of Burlington Cathedral High School. After High School she held a job as a Surgical Asst. and a year+ later married her high school sweetheart, Roland Varin of Burlington, VT.   

Patricia is survived by her husband of 65 years, her 5 children, Debora Canady (Larry), Brenda Olivas (Peter), Robert Varin, John Varin (Denise), and James Varin (Kathy), her sister Donna Turnbaugh, sister-in-laws Kerry LaBombard and Irena LaBombard, brother-in-law Roger Varin (Dianalyn Varin), her grandchildren, Shawna Tessier, Levi Tessier, Ashley Smith, Amanda Hayes (Derek), Sean Varin, Ciara Busch (Logan), Nick Varin and Rachel Varin and great grandchildren, Laurie Anne Johnson, Alec Spears, Samayah Spears, Leilah Spears, Aubrey Tessier and Aiden Debrava-Tessier, Riley Smith-Ridenour, Ethan Hayes, Elayna Hayes, and Kaden Busch along with several nieces and nephews who will all miss her dearly.

Memorial services will be held at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church on Wednesday, June 26th. A memory video will show pre-service at 9:30 a.m with service following at 10:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Dementia Society of America or to the Alzheimer Association.
