Jeremy Michael Marthaler

Jeremy Michael Marthaler of Erie, Colorado passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Saturday, April 29, 2023 in Alamosa, Colorado. He was only 49 years old. Jeremy was a triplet born on March 4, 1974 in Saint Cloud, Minnesota and was preceded in death by his sisters, Devon and Megan. Jeremy is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 25 years, Angie Marthaler; his beloved children Kennedy, Nolan, and Landen Marthaler; mother, Sue Gerard; father, Larry Marthaler; brother, Shawn Marthaler; sister, Alexa Dallin, and many in-laws, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, dear friends, and co-workers. Jeremy earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management and Communications from Concordia University in St. Paul, MN in 2005. He then went on to earn his Master of Business Administration degree from Augsburg College in St. Paul, MN in 2008. He was very passionate about his education and was currently working on earning his Doctorate of Business Administration from Liberty University. He worked so hard and was only two terms away from completion. He was very excited about becoming a doctor later this year. Being able to teach was his ultimate goal and lifelong dream. One of Jeremy’s biggest passions in life was baseball. He still continued to play on a men’s 18+ league in Colorado as a catcher and was still going strong. He also enjoyed working, traveling, reading, and spending time with his family and friends. He was an amazing husband, father, son, brother, uncle, friend, boss, and mentor. He truly made an impact on everyone he came across. He was a man of true integrity, kindness, and always provided unconditional love and support to his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. A celebration of life will take place on Thursday, June 1, 2023 from 1:30-5:15 pm at Church Ranch Event Center, 10200 Wadsworth Blvd, Westminster, CO 80021.
