Monica Jo Hansen age 64 born December 29th. 1956 in Waterloo,IA joined her loved ones in the eternal light on Monday March 22nd 2021 in Aurora, Colorado. Daughter of Bob & Betty Hansen, sister of Rhonda Wilson & Mike Hansen, mother of Sean & Heather Gribble, grandmother of Maggie Gribble & Rico Logan, and furry godmother to Morty her one eyed rescue cat. Monica worked in mines in Colorado, as well as owning her own cleaning business and later working as a nail technician & going to school for her esthetician license. She opened her home to foster cats adopting two of them whom she loved dearly. She loved going for rides in the mountains with her son, shopping for antiques, and loved being with her grandchildren more than anything in the world. She was a kind, caring,classy woman of wisdom who loved to laugh and never gave up. She is the definition of strength, love, and courage. A truly spiritual being.
