Memorial

Our beloved Aunt Connie passed away peacefully at home on August 18, 2021. She had been in ill health for the past few years. She was so full of adventure. She traveled around the country to Chicago, New York, California, and Alaska, just to name a few. Talk about a love to cook, she made so many good dishes, and was always trying something new. She loved to color and spoil her dog, Chickie Dee. Connie had six siblings: Joy, Leland, Tanya, Tommy, Susie, and Myrna. She had four nieces: Summerly, Kendra, Breeze, and Bernice. She had four great nieces: Azrah, Savanna, Deanna, and Julie. She had ten great great nieces and two nephews, Isreal and Jeff, along with eight great great nephews. A big thank you too, Carla Knight, for being there for her. Also thanks to the apartment complex community for being so good to her for all these years. Connie is survived by her older sister, Myrna Martinez, and her beloved furry child, Chickie Dee. There will be no services, but a private family spreading of her ahses will be held at a later date. See you in the Big House!
