Susan Margaret Regan

With my deepest regret, sorrow, and heartbreak, I wish to advise that my mother, Susan M Regan, passed away at 2:46 AM on November 2, 2022, at Parker Adventist Hospital in Parker, Colorado. She was 83 years old. Susan was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan to her parents, Thelma B. Baker and John J. Baker, in 1939, and the last surviving sister of three, Katheryn Plite and Molly Smith. My mother will be greatly missed. She was an amazing woman and my best friend. We spoke almost every day. Her passing has left a big hole in my heart. She was more than any son could ask for in a mother and loved her son very much. I was proud to call her my mom and valued everything she taught me and did for me, to allow me to have a better life. She was always gracious, kind, loving, and caring of others and valued the many friends she had in her lifetime. She always brought so much joy to everyone around her and would always light up the room with her infectious smile and giggle. Susan was an avid golfer, and bridge player and enjoyed spending time with friends and acquaintances at social events. She also enjoyed watching football, liked to dance, and exercise, and was always trying to live her life to the fullest. Every six months she traveled back and forth from Colorado to Arizona to avoid the cold winters in Colorado so she could continue to golf year-round, and attend social events and cultural activities. Susan also liked to be a hostess for several events every year and helped organize and plan them. My mother is a tissue and organ donor to Science Care. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no memorial service; but she requested that her friends be notified. God Bless Her and may she Rest In Peace.
