Sharon Leora Flageolle, 53, of Centennial, CO, passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at the University of Colorado Hospital- Anschutz Medical Campus, in Aurora from complications resulting from a courageous three-year battle with leukemia. She was born May 16, 1962, in Savannah, GA to the marriage of Mary Ann Taylor and the late Charles Edward Conger. Sharon graduated from Bear Creek High School in Lakewood, CO with the class of 1980. On September 11, 1982 she was united in marriage to Jeffry Flageolle in Denver. Sharon was a self-employed licensed cosmetologist and most recently worked out of Reflexions Salon & Day Spa in Golden. Sharon was a vibrant, fun-loving individual who cherished spending time with her three granddaughters that she adored so much. She loved attending their soccer games and was their biggest fan. Sharon was very excited about the upcoming birth of her son’s first child, her soon-to-be fourth granddaughter, Julia. She enjoyed being outdoors and loved gardening, camping and spending time with her family, dear friends and co-workers. Sharon was a huge fan of the Denver Broncos and was thrilled that her beloved Broncos were the victors in Super Bowl 50. Sharon is survived by her husband, Jeffry Flageolle of Centennial; two children, Rebecca (Andrew) Hjelmstad of Centennial and Lucas (Beatriz) Flageolle of Aurora; three granddaughters, Izabella Carlson, Makaiah Carlson and Scarlett Hjelmstad; her mother Mary Conger of Enid, OK; her three brothers Ronald (Martha) Conger of Roseville, MI, Robert (Lee Ann) Conger of Kechi, KS, Larry Conger of Littleton; her sister, Carolyn (Jeff) Goodall of Englewood and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Conger, and brother, Eric Conger.
