Howard Bicking August 21, 1940 �" January 28, 2009 Tribute: Howard Eugene Bicking, 68, of Loveland, CO (formerly Briggsdale, CO) died Wednesday at his home. He was born to Harold and Josephine (Burbach) Bicking in Greeley, CO. Howard grew up in the Briggsdale area on the family farm. He graduated from Briggsdale High School and attended UNC in Greeley. On June 18, 1961 he married Sharron Swanson in Greeley. Howard worked for Metropolitan and American Fidelity Assurance Company as a salesman throughout Colorado. He retired in 2002. He loved to fish, camp and travel throughout his life. He was a devoted husband and loving father who greatly enjoyed spending time with his grandkids and was happiest when he was with his entire family. He was a member of Good Sam’s RV Club and 1st Christian Church in Loveland. Survivors: His wife, Sharron Bicking of Loveland; daughters, Valerie Martinez and husband Rick of Littleton, CO, Denise Thomas and husband Cliff of Lafayette, CO; son, Del Bicking and wife Heather of Doylestown, PA; grandchildren, Evan Curoe of Littleton, Joel Peer and Rachel Thomas of Lafayette and Kaitlyn Bicking of Doylestown. Preceded in death by: His parents. Visitation: 3-6 p.m. Saturday at Adamson Chapel, 2000 47th Avenue, Greeley Service: 11 a.m. Monday at Adamson Chapel. Interment: Sunset Memorial Gardens.
