Grace Beatrice Guzman

Grace Beatrice Guzman was born in Greeley to Guadalupe and Victoria (Rois) Guzman. She attended Windsor High School, and lived in Windsor most of her life, until moving to Greeley in 1980. Mrs. Guzman had been with her husband since 1982. Her primary job was a home maker, but for a short time she worked as a nurse’s aid at Centennial Health Care Center. Mrs. Guzman had a strong personality and was very independent. The one thing that she taught her children was to take care of one another. Mrs. Guzman enjoyed sewing. She was an excellent cook and baking was her specialty. Mrs. Guzman was a devoted mother and sister. Mrs. Guzman passed away February 23, 2007 at North Colorado Medical Center- Hospice & Palliative Care Unit. Survivors: daughters; Veronica Rochagallegos and husband Rosalio of Greeley, MaryAlice Munoz and husband Isaac Villegas of Greeley, Tammy Munoz of Greeley; sons, Rick Guzman, Raul Munoz Jr. and wife Roseanne Gonzales, Ryan Munoz, Ray Anthony Munoz, and Roman Munoz all of Greeley, four grandchildren; two sisters, Aurora Nunez of Eaton, Janie Ceaser of Loveland; brothers, Domingo Guzman of Greeley, Jose L. Guzman of Minnesota, Gabriel Guzman of Johnstown, Gilbert Guzman of California; mother Victoria Morales and step-father Ezquiel of Greeley; many nieces, nephews, and friends. Preceded in death by: father Guadalupe Guzman; two brothers Guadalupe Guzman Jr. and Juan Antonio Guzman. Visitation: 6-7 p.m. Tuesday, February 27, 2007 at Adamson West Chapel in Greeley. Rosary: 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 27, at Adamson West Chapel in Greeley. Mass of Christian Burial: 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 28, 2007 at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church.
