Timothy Collins Wood

In Loving Memory of Timothy Collins Wood September 7, 1960 - November 28, 2022 Tim was born in Portland, OR to Edsal and Arlene Wood. He attended Sunset High School and then continued to reside in the Portland and Gresham areas of Oregon. Tim played the saxophone in his high school jazz band. He always enjoyed going out to search for old jazz vinyl records, and then stopping for ice cream. He loved listening to his extensive collection of albums. He is survived by his sister, Christine, and his brother-in-law, Edward. He also is survived by numerous cousins living in Alabama, Kansas, Missouri, New York, Oregon, and Texas. His parents preceded him in death. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to NAMI (the National Alliance of Mental Illness; namimultnomah.org) or to a charity of your choice. The family wishes to extend their gratitude for the compassionate care that Tim received at Hoodview Residential Treatment Facility and the OHSU Trauma ICU health care workers.
