Ronald Felte

Ronald Eugene Felte, 76, of Greeley passed away Friday, November 1, 2019. He was born December 18, 1942 in Windsor to Paul and Dorothy (Brehon) Felte. Ron was raised on the family farm with his brother, Jerry and sister, Pauletta in Severance, CO. He attended schools in Severance and graduated from Windsor High School. On September 22, 1963, he married the love of his life, Sandra Mae Sprenger of LaSalle. After years of farming with his father, Ron worked for Kodak of Colorado until his retirement in June 2001. Ron loved his family, friends, donating time to his church at St. John’s United Church of Christ, watching sports on TV and fishing for walleye. Thankful to have shared his life are his wife of 56 years, Sandy; brother, Jerry; sister, Pauletta; daughters, Ronda Sandoval and Roschelle (Brian) Stromberger; grandchildren, Ryan (Angela) Scheuerman, Carrisa (Richard) Hart, Melissa (Salomon) Sandoval-Pinon, Jordan Stromberger, Sarah Sandoval and great-grandchildren, Dani and Tate Scheuerman. Ron is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Gary Felte. Cremation has taken place. Ron’s Life Celebration will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, November 7, 2019 at St. John’s United Church of Christ, 3815 W. 20th Street, Greeley with a luncheon to follow.
