Austin Nielsen

Austin J. Nielsen, 22, of Greeley, passed away on Sunday May 3rd, 2020 in Greeley. He was born to Roger Nielsen and Tammy Olivo on September 27th, 1997 in Osceola, Nebraska. Austin spent 3 years in Stromsburg, Nebraska then moved to Greeley in July 2000. He attended Shawsheen Elementary, Franklin Middle School, and Greeley Central High School. He loved being outdoors. He enjoyed long boarding, camping, fishing and hunting. He loved being in the mountains with friends and family. He was always there when someone needed a helping hand or shoulder to lean on. He will be deeply missed by all that knew him. He is survived by his parents, Roger (Brittney) Nielsen, Tammy (Albert) Olivo; siblings, Hunter Horsley, Emily Nielsen, Fallyn Nielsen. Step-sisters Samantha Shubert, Dakota Olivo, Raylene Olivo, and Willow Emmert. Niece/Nephews, Skylar, Leniyah and baby Celeste. Uncle/Aunt, Eric (Brittany) Nielsen; Grandparents, Bill and Vera Nielsen, Rich and Connie Morris; great grandmother, Delores Nielsen. Numerous cousins and his companion Little Foot. Austin is preceded in death by his best friend and uncle Jeff Morris, and his great grandparents.
