Chris Lilly

Christopher Lilly, 35, of Greeley, CO, died on May 25, 2020 at his home. Although he was born on June 16, 1984 to Mark Lilly and Sandy (Kindsfather) Garcia in Greeley; he was raised by his aunt, Lynda Lilly and uncle, John Dudley. Chris graduated from Highland High School in Ault, CO in 2003 and had numerous post-graduation credits. He had a variety of special interests and particularly enjoyed time with his family. Chris enjoyed playing Xbox, watching Science Fiction shows and was a big Star Wars fan. He was an avid charcoal grill-master, enjoyed growing and eating hot peppers with steak, and also, discussing history and dreams. Chis is survived by his guardians, Lynda Lilly and John Dudley; his parents, Mark Lilly and Sandy Garcia; siblings, Amy (Ian) Brunelle, Jenny (Aaron) Bell, Matt Lilly, Lindsey and Mariah Schemp; extended family includes Patricia Lockhart, Mike and Tim Lilly, Judy, Bryan (Shelli) Lilly, Ayla Lilly, Janelyn, and Cooper Lilly of Loveland, CO; Nathan Brunelle of Greeley, Kylie, Hannah, Kaiden Bell of Johnstown, CO, Max (Hiroko), Opal Nola of San Francisco and Australia. Much gratitude to our adopted friends, Joe and Edna Mata. Chris was preceded in death by his grandparents, Blanche and Edwin Lilly; brother, John Michael Kindsfather; uncles, John Bryan Lilly and Thomas Joseph Lilly; and cousin, Thomas Duff Lilly.
