Tenley Joy Martinez

Tenley Joy Martinez, infant daughter of Steve and Tarah (Wood) Martinez of Greeley, went home to be with the Lord on May 7, 2010. Tenley was a gift from God given to us for a fourteen week period on this earth, and for an eternity in heaven. There was a great excitement in the hearts of her parents as they learned that they had a new baby on the way. Their excitement grew when at ten weeks they went in for an ultrasound and were able to see Tenley full of life and even caught a glimpse of her sucking her thumb. They now look forward to the time when they will get to spend an eternity with her in the presence of their Savior and see the perfect woman that God created her to be. Tenley is survived by her parents; grandparents, Ken and Sheri Martinez of Longmont, CO, and Pam Wood of Coffeyville, KS; her brother; Trevor; sister, Stacy; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Tenley is preceded in death by her grandfather Ron Wood. A celebration of life will be held Monday May 17, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. at Faith Bible Baptist Church 3120 35th Avenue Greeley.
