January 13th, 1955 - December 7th, 2021
Deborah Jean Meis, 66 of Ault, CO, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 7, 2021. She was born on January 13, 1955 in Conroe, Texas to Charles Hudson and Joyce Elaine (Church) Kirby. Deborah grew up in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and graduated from Capital Hill High School. On August 30, 2001 she married Robbie Meis in Albuquerque, NM. She worked for various automotive and equipment companies over the years as an Office Manager. She and her husband moved to Colorado in 2009. Deborah was a great cook, avid reader, loved animals and enjoyed gardening, sewing, crafts, and cross-stitching. She is survived by her husband Robbie Meis of Ault, CO; her children Shane Lewis of Oklahoma City, OK, Robert Lewis and wife Myra of Choctaw, OK, Charles Evert Lewis and wife Kantamas "Dear” of Edmond, OK, and Aimee Cortright and husband Kennard of Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho; her grandchildren, Cody Lewis, Robert Lewis, Jr., Kristie Lewis, Charlie Lewis, Charlotte Lewis, Claire Lewis, Autumn Cortright, and Kenny Cortright; her great-grandson, Robert Lewis III; and her siblings, Carlene Ramirez of Texas, Vickie Kirby of Oklahoma City, OK, Bryan Kirby of Oklahoma City, OK, and Brad Kirby of Alaska. She was preceded by her parents. No services are scheduled at this time. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in care of Adamson Life Celebration Home, 2000 W. 47th Ave., Greeley, Colorado 80634.
