Loretta Joyce Fleck

Loretta Joyce Fleck, 75, of Greeley, CO went to be with the Lord surrounded by her family on July 18, 2011 at North Colorado Medical Center. She was born July 8, 1936 in Middleburg, VA to James and Kathleen (Griffith) Thomasson. Loretta moved to Colorado Springs, CO as a child and attended schools there. She graduated from Palmer High School in 1954. She received her Bachelor of Music Degree from Faith Bible Baptist College. On July 2, 1956 she married Robert R. Fleck in Colorado Springs. She enjoyed playing organ music, being a Sunday school teacher, teaching bible classes, and reading. Loretta loved giving music lessons and spending time with family and friends. She was a proud foster parent of two children. She was a member of Faith Bible Baptist Church. Loretta is survived by her husband, Robert R. Fleck; daughters, Karen (Don) Morse, Susan (Fred) Pillivant, Lori Robbins; son, Howard (Lorri) Fleck; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; brother, James (Nancy) Thomasson of MN; and numerous nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, July 20, 2011 at Adamson Chapel. Funeral service will be at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, July 21, 2011 at Adamson Chapel followed by interment at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
