Audrey "McLeod" Jean Foss

Audrey's Celebration of Life is Sunday January 15, 2016 @ 1PM in the Chapel at Village Retirement Community, 4501 W. Powell Blvd., Gresham, Oregon 97030. Audrey Jean McLeod Bloodgood Foss was born in Cleveland Ohio on February 24 1931 to Wilfred and Edith McLeod, the youngest of 3 daughters. Audrey grew up in Cleveland and attended Bowling Green University acquiring a degree in Elementary Education and a Masters In Psychology. Audrey married Donald E. Bloodgood October 16 1956. She became the mother to 2 sons, Larry and Jimmy and a daughter Roberta (Bobbie). The family moved to Oregon in 1965. Audrey became a 2nd grade teacher at Rockwood Hartley school where she worked for 20 plus years. She then worked at Perry Center in Portland until she retired in 1996. February 19, 1978, Audrey married Robert (Bob) Foss. He brought to the marriage 3 adult children, Sue, Julie and David. Audrey and Bob did some Snow Birding after they retired. After a bit of traveling and enjoying retirement, Audrey and Bob made their home in The Village in Gresham Oregon. She lived there until she passed December 19, with her loving husband Bob by her side. They were members of First Baptist Church. She is survived by her beloved husband, Bob Foss her children Larry & Kathye Bloodgood, Roberta (Bobbie) Linn, Sue & Scott Larsen, Julie & Scott Murphy, David & Char Foss. She is also survived by 23 Grandchildren; Jennifer, Heath, Wade, Will, Tim & Meagan, Cary & Amy, Cory & Sara, Matt, Mike, Alex, Scott & Kim, Brenda & Sean, AJ & Randy, Matthew, Melinda, David Jr., Amanda; 15 Great Grand Children; Spencer, Austin, Dylan, Ethan, Lilly, Addilyn, Ellie, Beau, Camden, Brooks, Sebastian, Penelope, Tate, Kennedi, Berkeley; and 1 Great Great Grand child, Kyle Services will be held: January 6, 10 am at Willamette National Cemetery, 11800 SE Mt Scott Blvd, Portland, OR 97086 and January 15 at 1 pm The Village Chapel, 4501 W Powell Blvd, Gresham, Oregon 97030 Service Information
