Gayle Jeanne Duggar, 66, entered her eternal life on March 24, 2022 at her home, after a long courageous journey of health issues that she braved and conquered for many years. She eagerly and peacefully entered the arms of Jesus, surrounded by her loving daughters and Husband of 46 years. She was born April 27,1955 in Pasadena, California to Forrest and Betty (Jarvis) Tefft. She went to school in Southern California at Chino High School, where she participated on the swim team and enjoyed horseback riding. Gayle started her family at a young age, fulfilling her truest dream of being a mother. Gayle was an adoring wife and married her true love, Lanny Jerome Duggar, on March 6, 1976. She was a devoted mother to two daughters and 5 grandchildren. Gayle worked in many fields; cosmetics, health, and her favorite job as the membership director at the Greeley Chamber of Commerce, where she created many friendships throughout the community. In recent years, she volunteered with her church and The Community Grief Center. Gayle shared her faith in Jesus with everyone she met, with boldness and conviction. She loved people well and always made them feel like they were the most important person in the room. Gayle enjoyed decorating and crafting, she had a gift for making all things beautiful. She enjoyed Bible studies and small groups with her church. Her most treasured time was with her family and loving on her 5 grandchildren. Gayle was able to fulfill the dream of traveling with her beloved husband the last year of her life, making memories visiting family and friends, ultimately, settling in Goodyear, AZ. Blessed to have shared in her life were her husband Lanny, children; Shannon (Tom) Blesener, Janna (Joel) McQueen, Ryan (Leslie) Duggar, grandchildren; Jordan (Konner) Morgan, Makenna (Gus) Nemechek, Cooper, Stella, Amelia McQueen, Mother; Betty Hoshell, siblings; Tim (Shirley) Tefft, Robert Tefft, along with several nieces and nephews. Gayle was preceded in death by her father, Forrest “Woody” Tefft. Gayle will be celebrated on April 27, 2022, which would have been her 67th birthday. Her Life Celebration will be held at 10:00am at Timberline-Windsor, 360 Crossroads Boulevard, Windsor with a Birthday Party/Reception to follow. Memorial gifts may be made to “The Community Grief Center” in Greeley or to “Samaritan's Purse” in care of Adamson, 2000 47th Ave., Greeley, CO 80634.
