Larissa Kay Beardsley
September 2nd, 1977 - January 13th, 2023
Larissa K. Beardsley, 45, of Eaton, passed away Friday, January 13, 2023 at North Colorado Medical Center. She was born September 2, 1977 in Redding, California to David Mead and Julie Ann Hammer. In 1986 the family moved to Fort Morgan where Larissa attended school and lived until moving to Eaton in 2020. She married Shawn Miller on September 14, 2012 in Fort Morgan. She had finally found her dream job, working as a Peer Specialist for North Range Behavior Health. Larissa’s passion was helping others and taking care of her family. She also loved spending time with everyone during the holidays, especially Christmas. She is survived by her husband, Shawn Miller of Eaton; her daughter, Jadyn Lynae Beardsley of Eaton; her son, Trent Miller of Fort Morgan; her sister Kalene Quezada and husband Adan of Fort Collins; her half-brother, Skywalker Mead of Palmdale, CA; her step-brother, Jeremy Boes of Loveland; her father, Jerry Baluska of Kimball, Nebraska, her mother, Julie A. Boes and husband Omer Boes of Fort Morgan; numerous nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews and her two dogs Zena and Milo. She was preceded in death by her sister, Beth A. Cook and her half-brother, Anthony Taitai. A celebration of her life will be held 1:30p.m. Sunday, January 29, 2023 at the families home. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice that helps those with addictions or any homeless shelter in care of Adamson Life Celebration Home, 2000 W. 47th Ave., Greeley, CO 80634.
