Pauline “Polly” Ellen (Pulsipher) Artz born February 6, 1935 in Denver, Colorado passed February 14, 2023 peacefully of natural causes in Greeley, Colorado. She graduated from North High in Denver in 1953. She received her bachelors at UNC for elementary education and later her masters in 1980 also at UNC in special education. She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Rebecca, her brothers and sisters. Survivors are her two sons; Gregory Artz and John Artz from Arizona, 3 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren , and her loving brother, Brent. Throughout her career as a teacher, she always returned to her hometown of Greeley, Colorado. She remained a dedicated teacher substitute into her 70’s. Polly’s interests included cross stitch, fashion, classic cars. Pauline was a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, February 23, 2023 at Adamson Life Celebration Home. Graveside service 2:30 p.m. Friday, February 24, 2023 at Crown Hill Cemetery, Denver.
