David Richard Krebs

David Richard Krebs, 50, of Commerce City, Colorado passed away surrounded by his family on July 10, 2019 at University of Colorado Hospital. He was born December 27, 1968 in Fort Ord, California to Richard and Nancy Krebs. He is survived by his parents Richard and Nancy Krebs of Loveland, Colorado; his wife Diana Krebs of Commerce City, Colorado married for almost 20 years; his daughter Madison (16); his son Tyler (12); his sister Heather Krebs of Loveland, CO; his grandmother-in-law Joan Jackson; mother-in-law Dolores Ross; sister-in-law Debbie Gillette (Jason); brother-in-law Dan Ross (Lisa); brother-in-law David Ross and brother-in-law Doug Ross (Amber). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends from near and far. David’s early years were in Arnold, Maryland where he started sailing, water skiing and catching crabs on the Chesapeake Bay. When he was 11, he moved to Greenville, Texas where he grew up and graduated high school. David attended Texas Tech University and West Texas State and earned a Bachelors in Business Administration. In 1994, he moved to St. Charles, Missouri where he earned his MBA from Lindenwood College. He started his career in the restaurant industry where he held many different positions over the years. He also met his wife during this time. In 1999 David and Diana were married in O’Fallon, Missouri. They later had Madison in 2003 in St. Louis, Missouri. Soon after they moved to Charlotte, North Carolina where they had Tyler in 2007. In 2014 David’s work relocated his family to Commerce City, Colorado.  David was devoted to his family and friends. His sense of humor, laugh and smile would light up the room. He enjoyed being outdoors, taking family hikes, fly fishing, snowshoeing, hunting, listening to 80’s music and watching movies. He really loved spending time with his family, watching his daughter dance at her dance competitions, along with watching his son play competitive soccer. Funeral Services will be on July 18, 2019 at King of Glory Lutheran Church, 2919 N Wilson Avenue, Loveland, Colorado. There will be a viewing from 10:00am -11:00am and service will start at 11:00am. His Burial will start at 2:00pm at Linn Grove Cemetery in Greeley, Colorado. Memorial gifts can be made to the David R.
